VALUE-ADDED RESELLER (VAR)
PERFORMAX INC. is seeking to appoint Global Partners, to carry out marketing and sales activities as non-exclusive channel partners or outside sale representatives.
SCOPE OF AUTHORITY: With coverage of US and globally, the Global Partner will have the ability to develop and execute appropriate marketing and sales strategies, and have “Pricing Authority”, and thus be able to offer discounts not exceeding 20% of the listed price. In exceptional cases, additional volume discounts may be allowed, subject to prior authorization from Performax Inc.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Global Partners are consulting firms that serve as trusted advisors to CXOs/senior executives at prospective clients. Domains of expertise may include strategy, change management, business transformation, operational excellence, business process management, or technology-enabled/digital transformation. They may also have vertical industry specialization. Regional Partners highlight the Performax “value proposition” to potential clients across all industries and sectors, including for-profit, not-for-profit, and government; and show software demos, as required. They may provide “Tier 1” support to customers, as they are duly trained and certified by Performax on product features, functionality, and benefits. Global Partners also maintain ongoing client relationships.
MARKETING & SALES ACTIVITY: Global Partners will join our PartnerConnect program as sales channel partners with no annual revenue commitments. They are expected to market and sell Performax – an award winning business intelligence and analytics software platform as an “all-in-one” stakeholder intelligence automation platform, equipped with multi-language input, translation (106 languages), and advanced analytics capabilities. Performax is targeted toward mid-size and large companies across all industries/sectors.
PARTNER REVENUE: The average sales cycle runs about 3-4 months, and target clients are CXOs and business leaders responsible for team and organizational performance. Global Partner remuneration is 100% performance-based, and they receive 30% of net incremental revenue generated on an annuity basis. If average deal-size is $4,000/month (1000 users), this equates to partner commissions of $288K in year 1, $648K in year 2, and $1.6M in year 3, assuming 10, 15, and 20 new clients in the first three years respectively.

Value-Added Reseller (VAR): Regional Partners will join our PartnerConnect program as exclusive/non-exclusive channel partners. They are expected to promote and sell Performax – an award winning business intelligence and analytics software platform as an “all-in-one” stakeholder intelligence automation platform equipped with multi-language input and instant translation (106 languages) capabilities. It is targeted toward mid-size and large companies across all industries. The Channel Partner will highlight how Performax can help a prospective client improve engagement, insights, innovation, and agility; and also show software demos. You will receive comprehensive training on Performax, its features and benefits, and value proposition; and have access to sales and marketing collateral. While the Performax team provides post-sales implementation support, the Regional Partner maintains ongoing client relationships.

Remuneration: Regional Partners receive 30% of top-line revenue generated on an annuity basis, provided their clients renew the annual contracts. If the average client has 1,000 employees, then 20 clients would generate an annualized commission of US$432,000 in the first year, and reaching approx $1M by the end of year 2.
